Sensei Rick Mortlock 4th Dan
Married with sons.
I began Training in 1980 with Sensei Bill Cuzzocrea in Henley and I have enjoyed teaching karate since passing by Shodan examination in 1987. I believe that Karate training should help its practioners to become (and remain) fitter, more confident and more tranquil and to be able to defend themselves and others effectively.
When I'm not working as a consultant Project Manager, I can be found in the dojo training or in the shed, fettling big, old Japanese motorbikes.

Married with a fantastic son.
Apart from Goju-Ryu Karate-Do I also have another passion in Reading Football Club.
Trained since 1986 and fell in love with Goju-Ryu's ethos and philosophy towards having the confidence to assert oneself, train hard and diligently yet approach life with respect and humility.
Married with sons.
