Sensei Dave Amber 6th Dan
Sensei Dave Amber has studied Goju Ryu for over 20 years under Sensei George Andrews and in 2022 he passed his 6th Dan grading examination at the European Gasshuku in Porto, Portugal, under the IOGKF grading panel.
Sensei Dave’s approach to teaching Goju Ryu is that the student should do their best and that their best will improve with practice. His friendly and encouraging approach has helped a great many students over the years.
As with all OTGKA instructors, Sensei Dave believes that whilst tradition is at the heart of his karate, it is an effective self defence also.
