Tell me and I will forget, show me and I will remember

Children start life with no ground rules, they think that everything they do is fine, and gradually make up their own rules to suit themselves, which is fine in their world, but not the real world.

As time goes by, they start to think that they are right, and society is wrong, and if anyone say's different, there is a protest, however, when it comes to adults, there is a sense of insecurity, then the protest amountsto an altercation which leads to violence.

This is typical of a immature person that as been given reasonability before their time and this can only lead to confrontation, even the great leaders of the world have to listen to advisers and constructive criticism and compromise to succeed, or be a failure.

As in nature, the cuckoo bird, with its rhythmic song, is illusive, it will hide and seize the opportunity to infiltrate and utilise others resources to its own gain, thus creating a future of deception, its defiance is displayed from birth, and its motivation is self indulgence.

Take the wolf for example, if the leader wants to set a precedent, he will only exert his authority once, from that moment he only has to reply on body language and his status, if he continues, he will be attacked and eaten by the rest of the pack, because his genes will disrupt the balance of nature and the future generations of the pack.

When death looks you in the face, then you can say I have lived, other than that your best direction is silence, and people will respect you.

Leaders are born out of experience and communication from the heart, and the belief in truth, and will show companion for those less fortunate them themselves.

If you are strong you have no need to show it, because in your mind you are protected against the enemy, which is your own ignorance.
