Sheffield Weekend Training Last weekend, at the request of Sensei Andy Barker, I conducted a seminar at his dojo in Sheffield over two days. As usual it was very well attended with over 50 participants attending the course. There was a separate course for the children from the Sheffield dojo's on Saturday. They really had a good time and showed total enthusiasm, and did not want to stop, some even wanted to continue into the adults class The adult's training was both Saturday and Sunday. We started with traditional IOGKF Junbi Undo. Within 20 minutes everyone was ready for traditional basics, a welcome to all those that were present in a very full dojo. The training was hard but everyone was full of enthusiasm and ready for the challenge. Over the next 3 hours I gave a variety of training that covered all tastes and by the appreciation that I received at the end of the day, I was sure that everyone was happy. I always enjoy going to the people of Sheffield, because they are serious about training, warm and friendly. And of course a special thank you to the people
from other Associations and styles that trained with me, you will always
be welcomed. |
