This was possible because of the effort and support of my dojo, some counties have an economic situation that makes it difficult to travel abroad and train. Because my dojo is equipped to accommodate small groups of about 20 people for a minimal fee, they can experience and train in comfort without the expense.
The training consisted of 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening, and the entire IOGKF curriculum would be covered. Many repetitions and study of precise details in the kata along with endurance and stamina training were the core of the weeks lessons.
The schedule would allow enough time for sightseeing, which is an experience not to be missed, also family members that do not train are welcome to stay at the dojo and use the facilities.
By the end of the week absence in training was noticeable through fatigue. I must congratulate Pauline and Thomas for their effort in achieving their grade, keep up the good work.
Before I finish this report, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Sensei Tomaz who is one of the senior Instructors in Poland .
