After a day of waiting about, I hope you found the day interesting. I must apologise for the delay, but this was my first foray into something we all need to address. There are lots of issues to be investigated, but so little time to complete them and to cover all the issues in one day is almost impossible.

I tried to provide as much information as I could, but this information is only a guideline to what you want me to address in the future. I tried to cover definitions into the subjects we discussed, but the consensus of opinion, was that they were too long. However, please tell me what you would like in the next workshop, and I will do my best to address these issues.

Some people were of the opinion that there should be more of this type of training, if you feel the same please let me know and I will make the necessary arrangements.

I will try to incorporate on the black belt weekend, after training, consolidated discussions about issues that you feel would be relevant.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your input and support on the workshop, and look forward to working with you all again.
